I have a 4 ohm cab and an 8 ohm head...

  1. the head is a hartke3500 the cab is an Ampeg BXT-115HL4



    am I doing any damage to the head?

    IIRC, the 3500 can handle a 4 ohm load, but no less.
     
  3. i guess i should just get 2 8 ohm cabs instead...i really want to have 1X15 and 2X10's...

    350 Watts at 4 Ohms
    240 Watts at 8 Ohms

    Your not damaging it :)
