I have ordered my Marleaux !!!

  1. Ahhh, that's done! I have ordered my Marleaux Fretless Edition 5 strings, after two long days of brainstorming.
    I only have to wait 6 months to get it:D :D :D .

    Here are some pictures of this german beauty.

    I will wait with my RBX 260 Fretless, which may be upgraded with a new pickup (DiMarzio Split-P?)

    Ahhh, my second "real bass", and the second one without trying it before order!!! No, I'm not totally crazy ... or just a little bit.
     
  2. Just for information : 2340 Euros, add 60 Euros for the 3-Band preamp : complete dream for 2400 Euros.

    You are NOT crazy! I played a Marleaux at the Dallas Guitar Show and it was one of the best basses I had ever played! The neck was so smooth and fast, I was able to pull a lot of technique off that I wasn't able to do on other basses.

    The programmable EQ is tough to learn though.
