this thing showed up today. It's extremely cool. Very light and very fast playing. Marcus Miller slap tone for days. With a Roscoe 6 on the way, I dont know if I will keep this, but it has the Fodera vibe, but feels and sounds more like an F bass.

Very nice! (minus the black hardware)

  6. I'm not a fan of single cut basses either, but the heel on that is NICE!

the black hardware is nice too. That is the way I'm going with my baby.

    Very Nice Bass!!

  9. You're not really going to take that out on the road? It's far too nice to share with rough company. Just play it in a cool, comfy studio or a well padded room to cosset it the way it should be. Perhaps take it out on picnics with a big soft blanket to make sure it didn't get any dirt on it.

This just looks soooo cool - like it was meant to in a classical orchestra!

  10. If you are really going to get rid of it - let me know!;)

Two of my students have those, both single cutaways as well. Very impressive basses.

    Dude,

    That's a beauty! If it's so nice, why wouldn't you keep it?

Single cuts are actually more attractive now that i have played one- there is definitely a feeling of added stability to the neck--
RAAM- i may keep it, or find a 6 string to trade for. maybe Elrick or another R bass- im in business, i need to keep telling myself this before i become my best customer. it sounds awesome, though.. very fat.. and it cant be more playable if it tried!

Not too shabby. Too bad it's missing a string. ;)

  19. That looks sweet. If you do decide to sell it, the buyer's gonna be a lucky man (or woman) indeed.

Me likee wood pickup covers. It's hard to look classier than that. Very nice bass.
