i know i'm crazy!!!

  1. i really want a MIA Fender Jazz bass...preferably fretless (but a fretted would do just fine).

    i might be willing to trade my L-2000 for it...anyone down?
     
  2. I love Fender basses. I really want to get a vintage P or J bass. I probably wouldn't play it much since I'm used to 7-strings now. Still, as a work of art and a piece of history, it would be nice to own one. The closest I have now is this one:

    All comments about estring's dad aside...

    I'm not sure if I'd trade an L2000 for a comparable Jazz.

    Then again... I have both;)

    That old Wilkinson 4-to-5 conversion kit. (Fifth tuner is on the bridge and the string anchor is on the string tree; look closely.)

    I think they sold about seven of them.
