Ah. I'm not really an expert in slapping & plucking (see the techniques forum for a lot of useful information on that). My suggestions would be to use your bridge pickup, use new strings, and to cut the mids a bit and boost the bass & treble on your amp (or EQ pedal).

 

You could also try playing your bass inside of a washing machine while it's running...?
