I need new pick ups. help please.

    so my pups died in my fender jazz.

    what do you think i should replace them with and why?

    i've used the fender custom shops and liked em.

    also where can i get a good deal on em.

    Probably would help if you toss out a few adjectives describing what type of sound you're after..... thick, clear, growly, etc.....

    Well anyway, if i was to get jazz pups, i would get duncan quarter pounders. But i bet everyone will disagree, whatever i like, no other TB user likes it. So actually, just ignore this post lol :smug:

    I use QP's in both my fretted and fretless Jazz basses, and I think they're wonderful, which probably only proves ***'s point. :D

    Those fralins are supposed to be hot and that is a great price...sounds perfect.

    I like DiMarzio Ultra Jazz pups. I'd also like to gove some Fralin's a try.
