Discussion in 'Miscellaneous [BG]' started by Guss, Jan 25, 2003.

  1. I really hate my life right now. I need something to channel my sadness into. I've always liked sad songs to help me do this. If you could please give me some good depressing songs that you know,(no country songs please.) I would appreciate it.
  2. Green Day - Good Ridannce & Redundent

    Bouncing Souls - Hopeless Romantic

Ramones - Gunna KIll That Girl, Somebody put somehting in my drink...

Eric Clapton - Tears IN Heaven

I have more, but I don't think it's what you need...

Are you OK man? Feel free to catch me on MSN, AIM or ICQ... or PM, TB is here for ya!
  3. I am here for you too *huggs*

    and for songs...

    Silvechair's "Untitled"
    Vex Red's "Untitled"
    MGB's "Strange Days" and "Weapon"
  4. Midtown - No Place Feels Like Home

I hate Midtown, but the song was just too good.
  5. I think I'll be OK. I get depressed on and off a lot. It just stronger this time, with more to back it.
Thanks for the support. I know there are people with much greater problems than mine, so I shouldn't really talk about them.

I'm really not trying to bring anybody down, but I need these songs.
  6. PM me for talkin' any time you want, dude.
my friend made my a mix CD, which i cherish, but she didn't give me a track listing. there's this really amazing song that's like:
"there are battle scars on all my guitars
but i still come out here and play
there are battle scars on my face and my arms
but you still kiss me every day"
it gets me bawling everytime. all the songs on that disc do; they really make me think of her.
try "true love is not nice" by that guy that plays guitar and sings throughout "there's something about mary". forget his name.
"the general" by dispatch is great; very moving.
hope you feel better soon man; again, PM me if you need to talk/vent/etc.

  8. maybe "unknown soldier"?
  9. I don't know the name of the song but it's that horribly depressing song by Stone Sour that is in heavy rotation at my local rock radio station.

Hope it helps you feel better.

So why so sad? Seriously, listen to some good music - go ska, play your bass, wlak around with a smile, laugh at everything, don't even THINK of questiooing somethign that could bring you down!
    Headbanging helps me, too :D

What I think he was getting at is that the rest of his list was sad songs, and those are "sad" as well, but in the sense that they're bad... am I right?
