    Thanks for posting this.
I will do my best to put the word out about the benefit.
  3. Man. That's just awful. Just bought two tickets, even though it's unlikely I'll be able to attend. I encourage others to do the same. Hurry please- the event is tonight.

Thank you guys. This has definitely been........ An experience.

I'm actually getting discharged from the hospital in about an hour! Learning to live in a wheelchair for a while; and will relearn the art of walking through outpatient physical therapies. It'll be several months before I'm "on my feet."

I am pleased to say that I took my first steps yesterday, using parallel bars and upper body strength for support!!! Today, I used a walker and (VERY slowly) walked nearly 200 feet. It was absolutely exhausting, but so incredibly rewarding.

Thank you guys for the support. I love the TB community... And bass. ;):bassist:

    Good to hear from you.
I guess we can cut you some slack for missing the GTG last Sunday. :D

Take care and don't give your physical therapist to much guff.

My daughter got hit and drug for a block last winter in St. Paul. It was a long road for her to get back on her feet again.
