I played a StingRay and I Liked It !

I have tunnel vision when it comes to basses. Usually, if it doesn't have Fender on the headstock, I dont pay much attention. Yes...sad. A friend of mine recently bought a new Stingray with the torrefied neck. I'll have to say, it sounds amazing! Feels strange in my hands but I think I could get use to it. Beautiful neck that feels great. Guess I better try a Ric next
