Apple's Unskippable Ads.
So no matter how many times I click the giant button on my MacBook Wheel, I have to sit thru the whole ad?
History lesson: Who recognizes the picture that I posted?
Its from an Apple commercial.
Not quite sure but I'd guess 1984.
Oh, I'm old enough to recognize it.
I don't recognize it but it seems very 1984,...big brother-ish.
The 1984 Apple ad ?
"Remember, remember, the fifth of Novemeber..."
It's not as bad as going to Blockbuster and PAYING MONEY to rent a DVD and finding out that it takes total control over hardware that YOU OWN and forces you to sit through as much as 20 minutes of previews that you can't fast forward past.
I friggan hate that. Money grubbing corporate @#$% bastages!
Attica! Attica! Attica!
Buy DVDs instead then. Then you can watch them as many times as you want!
Apple's revolutionary commercial.
Now, we'll see if 2010 will be like 1984.
Try this next time: either stop - stop - play or stop - stop - stop - play.
There's a quick skip hardcoded into most players and/or DVDs. I don't know much about why and how, but one of those two commands always got me through commercials.
This really makes me want to buy a Zune just to wave it in Apple's face...
Oh come on. I'm 23 and I know what that is. However, That Hillary ad from the 08 campaign surely went over a bunch of people's heads
It's a strange time when some consider a Microsoft product more "alternative" or "subversive" than an Apple product. Either way, you're supporting an evil, money grubbing corporation. Might as well just go for the product that works best for you.
true. that was a semi-sarcastic irrational statement...
