Today at guitar center, i played through the goliath jr. I loved the sound! I always pictured 10" speakers as being too trebly and harsh. Not at all. I found the sound tight and neat, rather than floppy like my 15" SWR combo.

My only question is.. will a 2x10 cab be loud enough for gigs? there's an eden 210 at gc and it was quite appealing. There was also a genz benz 410 for the same price. Which would be better?

    Too much hip thrust
Depending on the types of gigs, 2x10 might get the job done. If you are playing jazz at a coffee house then you would be fine with 2x10.

Personally, I use two 4x10's in my setup. Wall of sound is a whole other phenomenon.

Get 2 2x10s....gives you more flexibility and easier to carry!
