Give it a tort guard and a chrome plate and I'll be on it like a fly on poop.

I wish I could say I liked it. I'm sure the workmanship is great, and though it has two extra strings, I'm sure it's a fine bass. But I've never been into deep grain woods on basses. I've never been into basses that look better than I can play. I want 'em watching me, not my bass! ;)

    It's not a 6, it's a 7. ;) How will you be paying?

  6. The comment here has been retracted.

Looks like a 6 to me. Is there an invisible one on there? ;)

  9. upon closer examination it is indeed a 6. I now retract my previous zing.

This bass seems to be creating quite a stir...

Count 'em again... It's pretty...I have not played the new LEJ's with the new preamp but would like to. The original LEJ pre went from 0 tom 60 in about a 16th of a turn, from what I understand, this new pre is a little more manageable.

Can anyone who has played one recently chime in?

if it was a five with a natural finish/no pick gard, that would be incredible!
