I tried some D'aquistos

I usually use Rotosound Swingbass strings. I like 'em nice and bright. The other day, I motored on down to my local music store and told them I was looking some middle of the road type strings. They suggested the D'Aquistos. They sold them 3 for 1. I was skeptical, but I bought some. They sound pretty decent, and the B string is noticeably tighter than the Rotosounds I use. My fingers haven't turned black and after a couple of gigs they still sound good. I usually change strings every couple of months, and keep them as clean as possible. Who knows, maybe these will turn out to be a good buy.
