Ibanez ATK in the USA?

    Does anyone know of any possible way to find an Ibanez 5 string ATK bass in the US? I find it quite irritating that the one bass that looks as if it would suit my slap playing well... at a fraction the cost of the stingray 5... is not available in the US. Anyone know why? Have the funk bass gods just decided not to shine their warm glow on the heartland of funk itself? Id also be interested in a used 5 string ATK if anyone has one they are willing to part with. I just played with my band last night... and my fretless carvin just doesnt do slap funk like a fretted bass would... how very depressing... any help would be much appreciated. Im expecially interested in finding a used ATK 305 if someone wants to sell me one...

    Thanks a ton for looking for the ATK 305, notduane. That bass is georgeous... I can only say I'm not looking to spend so much money. Ive heard of 305's being had before for 400 bucks... Is this an expensive american made version? Anyone know where I can find a (less expensive) ATK 5'er? I'm really not gonna be picky on the condition, as long as it plays fine. (i'ts probably going to get the hell beaten out of it anyways...I only want it for slap)

    BTW i tried emailing a few stores in the U.K. to see if they would ship one to me, but havent gotten any replies. any reccomendations for places to look?
