Hey all. I recently unearthed my good old BTB500 (been 5 years... been playing a rick 4003). Anyway; mysteriously; all 4 strings popped. I am looking to replace them with similar ones Ibanez issued with them in 99'. Anyone know which one they were? I read they are "piano style string" which i never heard of before. I remember the strings "feeling" like rotosounds. Can someone help? Thanks in advance.
btw... the serial number is F99 10513 (if that helps).
  2. BTBs come with Elixir strings now, but I don't know if they always have.
  3. Take the bust strings into a music shop and ask for the same again :p
