    Sold!

You know the bass... great stuff. New street price is $600 at MF. I'll let this one go for $350 shipped to the lower 48, including a very nice heavy duty Spector gigbag (I think these are about $80).

    dual soapbar humbuckers
3 band active EQ with sweepable mids
    locking output jack
    24 frets
    quilted maple top
    rosewood fingerboard
    great hardware
    tone and action are great

Excellent condition (typical player wear keeps it from mint, but NO nicks scratches or dents). I just don't play it much, it needs to be played, and I could use some GAS money.

    Buncha' pics in reply below.

    Peace.

Great bass at a great price, and a nice bag for a bonus! Had you put this up a day earlier I would have been all over it. Someone is gonna get a good deal here...

Thanks for the bump. By the way, it's currently got a half-dead set of webstrings on there, so I'll throw in a new set of webstrings for free. 45-130 stainless. Some assembly required (you get to install them). :)

By the way, on the strings, the webstrings are "ok", but after trying them, I'm not a huge fan. I guess you get what you pay for. In any case, if you really want to make this bass sing, put something really bright on it like DR HiBeams. That was the first set I used on this bass, and it sounded incredible.

...ummm... check my gear page... I'm a seriously hard core GAS-a-holic :) This bass simply doesn't get any air time, which is a shame, so it has to go.

The background is, I originally got it to be my "frat gig" bass... or, in other words... "I don't care about beer baths" bass. I gigged with it once, only got a few drops on me, which I wiped off, and decided I didn't need a dedicated bass just for this that would otherwise never get played... as is currently the case.

  11. Those are the strings i use. I really like em.

Another thing I wanted to ask is how is the action on the bass.

    Also another PM sent

The action is very good. Shouldn't need much for setup, depending on your prefs, of course. I like the action kinda' low. Also, PM replied!

  13. I was hoping it was low
