Ibanez file sets:any good?

    OK,time to renew some tools.
    A local dealer has a good offer of these:

    First,I'm interested in the steel quality on these files(specifically,the 4449 set):does anybody use them?If yes,do you have any complaint?
    Secondly,I'm not sure what's the deal with the Ibanez' fret file set (4450,three pieces):are they simple (flat or/and semi-rounded) files,or are they also shaped for fret crowning,like the Stewmac ones below?
