SOLD Ibanez GWB35 fretless 5 string

    Ibanez GWB35 fretless. You probably know what these are if you're looking at this. This particular instrument has some issues AND some upgrades.

    The good: the preamp and pickup have been upgraded. The pup is a Bartolini (only know it’s aftermarket, not sure on which one) and the preamp is a two band Bartolini NTBT 918. Push pull on the volume to go passive. Freshly strung with D'Addario Chromes.

    The less good: The finish has some marring, purely cosmetic - looks like some residue/marks from stickers on the bass. It’s missing the ramp that goes between the neck and the bridge pickup. Some cosmetic wear on the ebanol fingerboard, also.

    $375 shipped CONUS. Ships with a gig bag. Price pretty firm, not interested in trades. Thanks for looking!

    DANG IT!!!!!

    I've been sniffing around for a 5er fretless, but I just spent 400 on a new electronic drum set!!!! Why didn't i SEE THIS SOONER. :-(

    This is a pretty fantastic deal. A shame it's missing the ramp or I'd be really tempted to buy it.

    Yeah, that’s my regret as well. Guessing when whichever previous owner put in the Bart, they removed the ramp because it either didn’t fit or didn’t like the mismatch on the radius. I almost had a custom one made, but never got around to it.
