Does anyone know where to buy genuine Ibanez parts ?

Emailing Ibanez resulted in a fat zero. I was after the Mono Rail bridge (named MR-2 i think )

    That's odd.

I was considering the same bridges for my project bass and found a local shop under their authorized repair shops list. I sent mail to the local place and also had no reply.

Go to your authorized Ibanez dealer in your area. It's the only way to get anything through Ibanez as they will not deal directly with retail customers.

If you have a local shop that is an Ibanez dealer that is your best bet. The local store in my area just calls the Ibanez rep and gets what his customer needs.

If you have a good relationship with the accsesories our guitar dept. people at a local Guitar Center that could also be an option. But usually Guiatar Centers are not very helpfull about that kind of stuff.
