Any idea where I can find a Ibanez Soundgear head stock logo ' SDGR' made of Abalone?

Only thing I can suggest is that if you find a lazer-cutter who can translate your SDGR design source and cut one out of that thin (brittle) abalam (laminated abalone) sheeting or indivuidual abalone pieces. You'll still need to inset it in your headstock, which is no easy feat if you are not versed in inlay. Good luck anyway - I did this years ago using pre-leveled (lighter parts) and rough/shell abalone (on ebony) I got from a rock-shop. It was my second attempt at inlay.
