    Hello,
i'm thinkin about buying a ibanez sr 5-string:
Ibanez SR 505 or Ibanez SR 905.
    i played a 505 a few month ago in a shop and
i liked it. but i wonder if the 905 is better
    and worth the extra money.

    SR 505:
    - 5pc SR5 Wenge/Bubinga neck
    - Mahogany body

    SR905:
    - 5pc SR5 Maple/Bubinga thru-neck
    - Figured Maple Wing Body
    - String-Thru-Body

both have Bartolini Pickups & EQ and a Accu-Cast B25 bridge.
    which one should i get?
i play metal like Fear Factory and Soulfly and tune to A-D-G-C-F.

I think it boils down to which on feels and sound better to you. Both are excellent basses. Personally I prefer the 505.
