You are looking at an Ibanez SRT805 professionally defretted by JKennedy Lutherie here in town. Sold the original EMG's. Replaced with Alumnitone bass bars but they were so not right for this bass and ended up returning. So that is where it currently stands.

Bass is in very good shape. Some light scuff mark in the body and someone remove all the frets.... Plays killer. Very nice defret by Justin (I expect nothing less). I was planning to buff out the fretboard too make it more of an even semi gloss. Bass balances Perfectly too.

I'm mad for my four string fretless and really don't feel like chasing down electronics for this so my loss=your gain.

    Specs:
-Defret with maple inlays, Tru Oil finish on fretboard
-Gotoh Resolight Tuners (I'll knock off $50 if you don't want them)
-Passive V/V/T with CTS pots standard Cap and a brand new switchcraft barrel jack.
-Currently weighs in <8 lbs. Under 9 with fully loaded electronics
-Includes original smoked chrome tuners and 4 control knobs
-Currently wearing some real old TI Jazz Flats
    -5 Piece Neck Through (Maple/Bubinga)
    -Rosewood fretboard
    -Mahogany Body
    -Pickup Routes are EMG40 size
-No Case but will ship double boxed in an Ibanez shipping box.

I am gassing for a new P bass so.....

Pics. Try to get some better pics when I'm home and it's not crappy out.

That is a very nice defret job and a great looking bass for the money.

Nice looking bass? Does the rosewood fingerboard currently have a coating (epoxy, poly)? Also, do you know the current exact weight?

    Thanks!

It is finished with many, many layers of tru oil. I was going to buff it to a low gloss so it is a little more even. Bass Currently weighs 7 lbs. 14 oz.
