Ibanez USATK-4

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by pkeeg, Sep 11, 2000.

  1. I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts or comments on these Basses. I've been offered a beautiful red one used in mint condition for about $700 US (that's $1400 Australian)
It is the USATK because it has the weird neck with the double dots.

umm...i've been offered a US ATK for around 200 US....email me if you wnat to know where
it's used but in near mint condition...i wouldn't suggest paying 700...isn't that higher than the original price..? wasnt the retail like 500 or somthing like that?
but yeah they are really nice basses w/ the triple coil pickups

you can call them if you live in the states but i live in Hong Kong so i had to email him...sometimes he can't get to all the emails so call him...
good luck if it's still there
but i still think 700 is way above the right price

I have no idea what being in Australia does to the price, but you should talk him down to at least $500. The USATK is a great player's instrument with a terrific neck (built by David Bunker). However, it has no collector's cachet.
