ID this preamp?

Hey all,

Just hoping to ID this onboard pre. Recently purchased a Czech-made Dean 5-string, which came stock with EMG 40CS pickups and a 2-band EQ. I'm guessing it's EMG, but there are no markings, and it doesn't look exactly like other EMG pre's I've seen. I'm guessing this is a late 90's, maybe earlier, as the bass was made somewhere between 98-01. Bass pot is on the board, treble pot is connected via flying leads. Anyway, any help is appreciated!
