This has to be one of the longest "what bass is this" threads i've seen without a pretty definitive answer.

Yep, i jumped on that too early.
This has to be one of the longest "what bass is this" threads i've seen without a pretty definitive answer.
Well, I guess at this point we need to start fighting or name calling or something to get the thread shut down, cause we've got nothing

Burns Shadows Bass, which briefly lured away The Shadows from Fender in the mid-60's.
Looks to me like a Burns Jazz with some fancy decorative thing over the second pickup.

Yeah, that was extremely easy.
Nothing else ever produced looks like a Burns Bison Bass.
On another note the lyrics are very modern in all their mind numbing over simplicity, though they might have had to consider changing that repeated line to "I wanna party" instead, if they were going to release it today, the rest of the cringe worthy primitive lyrics would seem to fit just fine as they are to me.
