i would like to toss back a brew with the rat pack.
Difficult choice, but Stevie Ray Vaughn or Steve Harris would top my list.
I'm gunna git her drunk
Come on Dad,
Gimme the car tonight.
I'll tell you what,
I'll tell you what I'm gonna do.
I'm gonna pick her up,
I'm gonna get her drunk,
I'm gonna make her cry,
I'm gonna get her high,
I'm gonna make her laugh,
I'm gonna make her shhhhhhhh...
I definitely wouldn't wanna snort anything with Keith Richards.
I'd love to hang with Allan Holdsworth in his San Diego home studio, drinking HIS beer.
He's got his own little microbrewery and pub there, apparently.
I wonder if the pub is located in the control room?!
Ray Brown. What a chillin' dude.
Him, or Mingus.
The bassist for the sick puppies...saw them live before i even knew who they were and pretty much fell in love when i saw her get on stage with that bass.
^ who is that?
Living- Geezer Butler and Tony Iommi
Dead- Jimi Hendrix and James Jamerson
My kinda party.
Bassist for sick puppies Emma Anzai...even hotter in person...i was right at the stage too.
Richard Bona, or Victor Wooten.
Love to have a beer with them!
I'd drink with Robert Johnson and down that poison whiskey to save his life...
Im not creepy.........
The funk brothers of motown
Probably Lemmy. I'm not even that huge of a Motorhead fan, but I bet drinking with Lemmy is a good time.
For the beer, it would have to be a Czech musician. But I'm afraid I don't know any.
My second choice, beerwise, is the Turkish "Efes" beer, so I'll drink with Tarkan. He seems to be a nice person too.
Until I gave up drinking (a month ago), my answer would have been Tom Waits . I used to hate to quit drinking until I couldn't possibly take any more and I think that Tom would have been very, very happy to go along with that strategy .
Now, I'd have to find someone a bit tamer (John Denver, perhaps ), but interesting at the same time (perhaps not John Denver :scowl: ). So, I think I'll go with .....
He doesn't drink either, so we'd be ordering alcohol free beer, but he's always been a musician who I could relate to and is a down to earth guy with the same interests as me (i.e. rock/blues/soul music, classic cars, fit women, tasty watches and fishing).
