...can you get it again? I have it now and i'm dying to know if I can ever get it again.
I feel your pain, it's terrible man. Had it all last summer. You can have a relapse if you don't take it easy for the next couple months, but other than that it's said to be rare to catch it a second time, but it does happen sometimes.
I thought I had mono once for six weeks. Turns out I was just really bored.
I thought mono was one of the "gifts that keeps on giving?"
I don't remember the exact details as I was a bit younger, but I managed to have mono twice. (I was in stereo!) I was diagnosed afterword with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in early high school, though I'm not sure if I buy that entirely.
I caught mono off a microphone at a club the same week I had my wisdom teeth out. Talk about a fun couple of weeks. I spent most of that time on the couch dying. I relapsed twice too. I'm not sure on getting it again though
yeah, you catch a different strain of it.
Happened to my drummer.
I had mono once when I was very young, like 15 or so, and that combined with whatever that made my throat constrict like it did was insanely horrible...the worst month of my life.
Also the best diet plan results ever. Not in a good way. I was emaciated...and hospitalized for a short while.
Best of luck to your recovery.
Same strain, you can get it more than once.
Leave it to the 'Duck to catch it twice!!!!
Don't worry, if you catch it again you can say you have stereo.
Yeah... I'm speshul that way.
How's it going, man?
Good. I moved to Milwaukee, got a job at Harley-Davidson, and am getting engaged in a few weeks. Can't complain. How's by you?
A Harley rep is talking to us about using one of our songs.
1. can be deadly
2. Many adults have had Mono and not known it
Those two facts were stated to me by a DR, in rteal life not internet gobldy goop. I believe them too be truths
Cool, good luck with that! I hope that ends up happening. There's a whole demographic you can tap into with that.
I refuse to take part in anything related to internet gobldy goop.....what ever that is.
Meh...might as well. You're just an internet doctor anyway.
