    What would she/he be?

Watching U-2's Elevation Tour DVD - it occured to me that if my wife were a bass she'd be a Lakland Jazz - natural finish, ash body with maple neck. She's from the midwest, blonde, classic shape, totally reliable, everything I need - nothing more, nothing less.

Probably my F Bass. Blonde, smart yet elegantly simple by design, and suits me so well I still can't believe it.

Please nobody say that you embarrass yourself on her all the time.

Unless of course you mean my dream girl...If that were the case, then it'd be a DP Custom 6 stringer...Not too high strung, Nice looks, not perfect, and not uber expensive!! :D

A Hofner Beatle Bass-kind of petite and precious, classy, a vintage look, a unique find in many ways.

...she's tall (5'11"), elegant but very functional - everything that is there is there for a reason and perfectly blends in with the whole, feels INCREDIBLE in my arms, is uniquely beautiful and somewhat non-traditional, and has the voice of an angel (she sings).
