Impact of HR 71, HR 834, and S 226 Club liability

    These are bills in congress to address the DEA code and enforcement of "club drugs".

    I'm reading a buzz about how the enforcement of these pieces of legislation could contitute a ban on live music performances at clubs.

    I don't see it.

    According to the Senate Bill, the govt has to prove knowledge and intent (not either - both) that the person responsible for the premises is allowing illicit drug activities.

    Anyone have knowledge on this?
