WOW!!! So 3 days ago at my band practice my A-string tuner broke and I need a brand new one. So only having my bass for a year or so I decided to email them and they responded within 2 days saying that a new tuning machine is on its way, free of charge! This is the second time that I have experienced something like this with them. I just wanted to share that if any of you Schecter users out there have minor problems like that, I have found that they are more than happy to satisfy you.
