Since playing at a lot of blues jams recently, I've noticed that my musical vocabulary is more limited in minor keys than in major ones. Is there anything out there that targets minor specifically?

Practice mentally as well as physically. Think to yourself "how can I connect these two things in a minor key?". Also you may want to find some double bass & cello etudes in minor keys. Not only will it help your reading but it will 'ingrain' the particular minor key in your ears and will probably have some interesting things to learn.
