In Search of LA area TBers

    Hi guys.

    I recently came across some cool dudes in a rock band at an open mic. They asked if I was looking to join a band, but I am really tied up with 2 1/2 bands that I play in.

    So, I figured I would ask... Are any of you guys looking for a band? They both have (310) area code telephone numbers and I suspect live around the general South Bay area. In any case, definitely the greater LA area.

    I think these guys are pretty good. So if any of you are looking for a band and are at least 21 years old (they play a lot in bars), please email me your info and possibly a brief note about yourself and I will pass it on.

    Perhaps I should open this up and see what they say? Some inquiries are better than none!

    If this is by any chance a cover gig or a paid gig then I may very well be interested. I already am in the "struggle while trying to become rock stars" band so I don't need another of those.

    About me:

    22 yrs old

    9 years playing bass

    Background is mainly in Rock and Heavy Metal

    Have pro gear (Pedulla basses, Ampeg/QSC rig)

    Have reliable transportation for myself as well as my gear.

    Well, at the moment I'm looking for just about anything I can have fun in, but at the same time, since I'm a full time student and involved with a few organizations on campus my schedule isn't exactly the most flexible.
    If no one else bites, though, I'll give it a shot.

    So yeah, I'm holding out for now. :p
