I'm looking for info/value of a Baton Rouge Taranis 24-B Acoustic/Electric Bass. I've talked to numerous music shops and nobody could help me out. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Of all the names for a European maker to pick. What? "Atchafalaya" wouldn't fit on the headstock?

  4. Baton Rouge are two words in the French language meaning "stick red" (as in a red stick or baton) and the manufacturer may not have been thinking of a city in Louisiana, or even been aware of it.

I know re "stick red." Graduate school at LSU. But I expect you're right concerning what the makers would not have known.
