I'm having a hard time going through the German and trying to figure out more about this bass head. Is it similar to the puma tech 21 500 and is $325 a good price for one? Also I've played it a few times and have noticed it has some nice highs, what cabs go well with this. I tend to stick to 4x10s.

Hi Kyon. Yes, that is an excellent price for that head. I think you are looking at the one at the Guitar Showcase Swap Shop correct?

Music Unlimited in Dublin, CA used to carry that entire line. I played them on several occasions and was very impressed. In fact, that same store in Dublin is now called Hertlein Guitars. They have the matching 6x10, 2x12 and 4x12 cabs for that head. These are all on close out at GREAT prices. I thought about buying that same head and the matching 2x12 cab from Hertlein but have since talked myself out of it. I think the head is very versatile and the cabs are very similar in design to the Jim Bergantino cabs. Really high quality. I think you could get the head and matching cab for less than $600. Good deal imo.

Yep it was the one in the swap shop. The amp was just much more versatile then my Ashdown has been to me. I've been leaning towards a more modern hi fi sound which something the Ashdown has not done well. I will check out Hertlein Guitars though, I was just planning on another avatar but I think it's time for something new. Thank you!
