Well, I went ahead and put the Peavey Classic 120/120 on hold with the down payment. Yay. So now I have some time to check it out. But what do I look for? I don't have too much experience with the whole tube thing.

Of course I'm going to have the enclosure opened up. But then what? I'll check the tubes to see if they match or look replaced. That'll clue me in as to possibly what kind of ownership it went through. I'll also check for a bias trim pot mod installed (hoping!). I'll power it up and look to see that all tubes are lit up. At this point, I'll be out of ideas on what to look for or check. So...

Any suggestions? This would help me greatly.

    Thanks all!
