instant messenger/internet problems

    well, looks like its my turn for the "help me with my cpu problem" thread.

    anyways, heres my prob. ill be sitting here browsing TB and all of a sudden my instant messenger program (trillian and AIM both do it) will say "internet connection lost" and sign off and won't work again till i restart my cpu. now i know i dont lose my internet connection because i can still browse and all just fine. im on bellsouth dsl and i've already reset my modem and account and its still doing this. any help? thanks in advance

    make sure your network cable isnt loose or faulty.

    i know it soudns stupid, and i cant be bothered to explain why that might be the problem its too complicated. just check it.

  6. AIM does kinda suck. Because sometimes it's like "Hey, I'm not going to work.

    Steam is even worse. It sucks bad, but I use it still.

    Anyways. Mozilla is the way to go for browsers.
