Stu Hamm has two videos that are jammed packed with material. Dave LaRue has one which has both slapping and tapping, plus some theory. Roscoe Beck has two excellent videos on blues techniques.
Alex Sclarevski's video on slapping is said by many here to be the definitive video on slapping. Star Licks has a two video set of various bassists explaining their right and left hand technique. I have only the right hand technique one, but it is quite interesting if you like funk and jazz.
