    Hi there. I recently bought a 5 string Ibanez SR505 through TB. At the moment it is residing at a family members house in Arizona but I need to get it over here to Australia fairly soon.

    Just wanted to hear some opinions on the best way to go about this. Whats the best way and why is it the best?

    Also if anyone has any idea who the best freight company with the best prices from USA to Australia is then I would be very pleased to find out.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated

    USPS to Australia is awesome!! I ship at least 3 times a month there and have never had an issue. You need to review package dimension limits though, you may need to remove the neck to meet length limits.

    yes I have checked the limit on dimensions. So if I want to ship it with hardcase, it is almost impossible?

    Ah thanks heaps. I am going to remove the neck from the body, have them wrapped in bubblewrap and then boxed i think. Hopefully should go ok.
