I'm building a w-bin for bass and the plans I got was to put a xover in it but my way of thinking was that if you have only two 15" speakers in the bin does it warrant putting in a x-over? Can you explain why if I have to?
    Thanks

  2. IMHO a crossover isn't necessary for a bass cab. But I'm not after tons of highs....also I don't like crossovers because of the extra resistance when you put an inductor in series with your woofer.

  3. No you don't need one for a 2x15 bin. You should send the full range signal to them and their natural rolloff will take care of the rest.
