Is it worth it?

    I'm new to playing bass. I recently traded for a vintage Fender Bassman 100 head and cab. Is it worth fixing up? Will it be loud enough to play outdoor venues? I'm playing a Fender 5 string Jazz through it.

    Worth fixing up - absolutely!

    Loud enough outdoors - not with out PA support. Without it would be pretty useless. For use with a five string it'll distort very easily.
