    He wants to know if a triple single coil Strat-style guitar can be had with 24 frets. I'd offer the answer, but I don't know. I do know that the 24th fret would be on top of the existing neck pickup, if the placement were exactly the same as a real Strat.

    Why is this in basses?
    Unless he means a bass built like that?
    As far as a guitar goes, I don't think so. Unless it was either custom, or long scale.
