There's a Fender MIM 50's P-bass for sale locally for $300. It's in great shape and has a badass II bridge. Is that a good deal?
Great deal. Grab it. And if you pick up a stock bent-plate bridge and sell the Badass, the end price will be fantastic. I picked my '06 Honey Blonde up over 4 years ago for $310.00. Up until this one, that was the best price on one of these that I had ever heard anybody get. I think what happens is that every once in awhile, a seller doesn't realize how much love these Classic '50s get. They just think that since it's MIM, they have to sell it real cheap. Your good fortune if you find one like that...
