This ad is for a Peavey P bass for $1700.00 !
Peavey - Bass Guitar
I'm gonna assume they meant $170
Well, engineers here in Silicon Valley have stock option money and sometimes no idea what a bass guitar costs.
I wanted to think it was a typo and meant $170, too. But, it's in the heading AND the ad body!
But guys... he "will include to this price, an amplifier speaker Peavey to be attached to the bass Guitar for a powerful sound."
That powerful sound is what the extra $1000.00 goes to!
I really, truly love both of my Milestone IIs. I consider it to be one of those best-kept-secret sort of bass models. Still, I'm pretty sure I paid less than $300 for the two of them. I certainly wouldn't pay more than $200 for one.
Like this but in bass form? Amazon.com: Mini 32" Electric GUITAR + Built in AMP -BLACK- childs: Musical Instruments
Hahahah thats good wonder when a bass like that will show up
Indeed. And in the body of the ad, it's complete with a dollar sign and decimal point - $1700.00.
Yeah. Good bass, but no way is that its market value!
C'mon guys, read the ad copy. This is a "sacrifice."
I hope he meant 1700 PESOS which translates to about $130 USD. LOL
So who's going to write this person and tell them the bass is only worth $170? Bet it's some guys girlfriend that's selling it considering the name.
You know, because it's that ridiculous, I really hope he gets it.
