http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend...lectric-Bass?sku=511712&src=3WWRWXGB&ZYXSEM=0 I heard Ibanez SRX are good for metal and I went to look at this and I saw that the Natural Finish:$299.99 / Bright Blue Finish $549.99. Is this an error, Should I jump on it? Also, Could someone tell me what Ibanez bass is in this video.
I've seen a couple of those online retailers offering steep discounts on unpopular finish colors that they want to move out of their warehouse.
+1 on this-its a tried and true marketing strategy. IIRC, GC did the same thing on a specific Fender color not too long ago If you like the natural finish model and you;re in the market anyway-go for it!
I think another key factor is the SRX 650 is discontinued. I've got the exact same bass, pm me if you want some sound clips or a video or somethin.
Well look at the diff of the bass I want to buy http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Squier-Standard-Jazz-Bass-?sku=510627
The walnut stain is cooler IMO the gui**** in my band played a walnut squier instead untill i played it to death.....literally
Why is there so much price difference between the blue & the natural? I like the natural best. Great price...get it !!! Dave
It doesn't look like an error. Even if it is, they do not have to honor it. But $300 is a decent price. Probably because it's an unpopular color (finish).
The SRX650 in natural on there is more than the MF one. The whole reason I noticed it was because of the one on Daddys.com
