I know nothing about Modulus basses except that they are considered high-end instruments, so I'm thinking that $800 is quite low, even more so for a lefty: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2541644918&category=4713 What do you think? I've been looking for a sixer so this might be interesting.
That's a very low price for that bass, but just remember that $800 is only the starting bid. The seller is probably counting on the price going up by bidders.
Thanks for the input. I do realize it's only the starting bid, but from past experience, I don't expect a lot of lefties going crazy over that bass. I'm thinking it'll sell for under a grand.
Hey, That is a good price...........It is also a no reserve auction..... My suggestion........Watch the auction everyday.....When their is 5 minutes left bid on it. Bid want you actually want to spend(so you don't lose it if someone else is doing the same thing)..... If you can get that for under a grand you are doing well.... Plus Shipping is only $20.00...what a deal!
FWIW, you just let any other lefties that visit this board or the friends of those lefties know about that auction. You may have rounded up some competition for yourself!
Awesome price!! Even if it was $500 more it would still be a good price. Watch it and dont bid until their is only a couple minutes left.
Does an ambidextrous person count? Shoot for that opening bid I might just have to learn to play lefty!
Cool. But I can't even justify a $800 purchase at the moment. My Stingray 5 has to go if this one comes in... I'm a cheap bastard too. Anybody's fancying a lefty fretless Stingray 5? Looks great on a wall if you can't play it.
