Is this thing legit?

I'm a lefty so this would be kind of cool. Would require a nut flip, it seems, but besides that it looks kind of cool. Is it legit though? I think it's weird how the body/pickguard has the hole for truss adjustment but the neck has the truss adjustment on the headstock.
