Is Zon guitars open these days?

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by bread903, May 6, 2010.

  1. Hi. I sent in my Sonus to have it a trussrod installed

and it's been almost a month, but they don't

notify me anything about the cost or anything.

I can only try to contact them through Email

    and they don't respond.

Could somebody let me know if something's wrong with their shop?

    Thanks~!

Call them. Joe has always been very responsive with me. Email is *not* a good way of doing this sort of business.

They are most certainly open, though I know they are busy as hell. Just call them on the phone. Call today- it is better than calling tomorrow (Friday).

OP's in South Korea, hence the "can't" call. Probably timezone related.

Zon's customer service is great, but their email responsiveness varies.
If you can manage it, make a brief phone call.

  6. I know I month seems like a LOOOONG time. But anyone who's shipped from the states to asia, or vice-versa an attest that it takes a long time, especially with clearing customs with an oversize package. Do you have a tracking number to see if it's even made it to Zon yet?

  7. They notified me when the bass was there by email,

    which was a month ago.

There has been things to discuss

like the cost for installing the trussrod and where to send back,

but right after my reply for that email, they don't write back.

I guess it's just them not being very responsible to emails...

I should call them by a phone... when could it be.....:atoz:

Email them again to remind them- it helps.

But calling is best, as annoying as it is to call from Korea.
