IT people, I have a question about mailing lists

    I need a mailing list manager that allows people to opt in and out from our website. I would like the data to be stored in CSV format if possible, but that is not a big deal. What would you reccomend?


    this is for a website that sells yarn and sends out monthly html newsletters.
