So today morning I recieved a notice from Customs that there was a small packet from States waiting for me. It was quite a surprise when I saw that it was from Whirlwind, to who I had made a complaint about a faulty product few months ago. I thought the complaint never got any attention as I got only a simple email back from their customer service asking for my address so that they "could see what would be the best choice for warranty" since they don't have dealership in Finland, and I never heard anything from them after that. Actually, I still have the original faulty Leader-cord here, since I didn't know where should I send it And when I opened the packet for custom officers to see, I noticed that they had shipped me a slightly upgraded version of the cable, Leader Elite, at no extra charge. So it may have took a few months, but I finally got good service. Thanks, Whirlwind!
