    I saw it in the Montreal news paper today, Jason Newsted is now a member of Voivod.

    IT's a band from Montreal, they have been around for about 15/20 years now. I can't remember how long exactly. They had one "big succes" it was a pink floyd song, astronomy domine.

    jason is co-producing the new voivod album and playing bass on it, as well. they have not found a bassist for the tour. apperently, jason isn't planning on going on tour with them...
